Boudreaux’s is proud to offer the following complimentary services to our dedicated customers: estimates on jewelry and watch repair, jewelry inspection (checking prongs), cleaning and polishing, gift wrapping, custom jewelry design – including in-house consultations by our expert designer and jewelry craftsmen.
Our team of jewelers, sales associates and support staff provide the exceptional service you expect from a fine jeweler. Each is highly skilled, rigorously trained, and single-mindedly focused on delivering a comprehensive list of professional jewelry services that includes the following:
Appraisals
Boudreaux’s GIA trained professional staff can assist you in providing insurance appraisals at each of our three locations. Appraisal pricing starts at $100 for the first item and $75 for each additional item. Most appraisals are completed between 7-14 days depending on the number of items appraised.
*Appraisal fees are subject to change with the complexity of the pieces and level of evaluation needed. If your insurance company requires a plot diagram with your appraisal, we offer that service at an additional $50 per item.
Jewelry & Watch Repair
The designers and craftsmen at Boudreaux’s Jewelers’ are highly trained with a minimum of 20 years experience in the fine jewelry manufacturing and repair industry. We provide free estimates on all work and exceed expectations on timely delivery. Our services include, but are not limited to: stone setting, ring sizing, pearl restringing and watch battery and band replacement.
Our watchmakers are trained and certified to repair all watch brands. We are pleased to offer our customers the following services: battery replacement, watch fitting and sizing, watch strap replacement, watch repair and pressure testing by local watchmakers, complete watch overhauls with one year warranty and factory watch repair.
Insurance Replacement
In the unfortunate case of loss, theft or accidental damage to your jewelry, a Boudreaux’s sales associate will be assigned to carry your claim from beginning to end in a professional manner. Our desire is to always operate with your best interest in mind and earn your complete satisfaction as we expedite your claim. Over the years, we have established a close working relationship with many insurance carriers to make this sensitive process as efficient as possible.
Engraving
To add that personal touch to your cherished jewelry, Boudreaux’s offers the finest hand and machine engraving available. Our sales associates are happy to provide samples of engraving styles to help make your gift truly unique. Pricing on engraving will be provided before work begins and varies, based upon the number of letters and detail of engraving. Please call for further details.
Financing
Boudreaux’s offers flexible 6 or 12-month financing options with approved credit. The application is simple and can be completed at any location or learn more and apply online here. Once you’ve completed the application, you will received a quick credit decision. We also offer Layaway account for up to 180 days. Please call us or come into one of our locations to speak with an associate about current financing offers.
